The equipment is top quality. The pool is clean and the overall facility is clean and well lit. Excellent conveniences ie. towels, lotions, soaps for showering. An overall great workout experience.

I've been a member for many years now and I like how they keep their equipment up to date and in good repair. I especially like the three pools that they have to meet the needs of all that want to work out in the water.

It close to my house. Has a good verity of classes for men,women, young or older. Accepts the silver Sneakers program. Has the equipment that are most popular and have a good amount of machines.

Recently I had some questions about my account that no one had been able to answer in December. On Friday I went in and spoke with Jess, who was able to answer all of my questions in a simple and straightforward way! She is a wonderful addition to your staff there! The young men who were there in the fall, we’re very nice, but often unable to answer simple questions !
Great atmosphere with plenty of selection in equipment to work different muscle groups. I also enjoy the overall cleanliness of the gym and the different areas to work other styles of fitness (Parisi, TRX, pool, spin rooms, etc.)

There is enough equipment that, even on the busiest days, I am able to use what I need with minimal wait. The staff are friendly. There never seems to be any personal drama.

I attend the Dancing to the Oldies classes & the Silver Sneakers classes. They are fun and quite a workout for me. Gina and Lori are fabulous instructors. I have been attending their classes for several years. The friendliness of your staff is amazing.

1. Counter staff always welcoming and warm
2. Towels, including large ones, are nearly always waiting, if still in dryer, staff member finds me and brings them to me when ready
3. Equipment I need is nearly always available, if not, little waiting to use

Its a great place
I really like the teachers for cardio classes, especially Jonathan for Zumba, and Michelle for Salsa. The staff is friendly, the machines are pretty easy to get to. I'm glad you finally fixed the showers and the temp is normal. Still some work to do on the pool, it's temp is too unpredictable. But overall the San Mateo gym is a fun experience.
