They are comprehensive. The facilities and equipment are kept clean and in good repair. The staff are very pleasant and seem to take their jobs seriously. The J is always looking to the future regarding programs and facilities.
Size and machines and staff
Plenty of space in all rooms, consistently good customer experience, friendly staff, up to date equipment, good value for the whole family.
Franco's Magazine is a more intimate space than the very large gyms. If you don't enjoy all the crowds and fuss of big gyms, then this is the gym for you. Though there are only one of most of the equipment, it is almost always possible to access what you want because of the small number of people which frequent it at one time.

I love how friendly everyone is. I have paid membership for along time and my daughter had 2 guest and I asked if they had any visiting passes they said no. So I paid.. i just felt I paid constantly and months we do not even use it. I just assumed a little gesture. BTW they plan on joining, its a whole family

Franco's is well run with very attentive and helpful staff. The physical facilities offer everything one could need for a good exercise program.
We utilize the Yoga classes and you have an excellent group of instructors. We have enjoyed our classes with Connie, Patti, and Laurie the most. Laurie Korp is such an excellent addition to your team. She does amazing things with basic yoga moves and takes you to a whole new level. Wish she had more classes available! Especially in the morning.
The exercise equipment and their arrangement/availability is great.
One of us utilizes the pool for lap swimming (winters). Robbie maintains the pools and operations and he does an excellent, excellent job! There is so much work and attention to detail required to properly run pool facilities. He is on top of everything and so pleasant and friendly. Don't ever lose Robbie!
As we are seniors we will 'tentatively' return to Franco's as the pandemic can be contained. We appreciate all the effort to provide sanitation and safety during this crisis. You were smart to do remodeling and improvements during the 'dead' time. This has all had to be at great cost to you. But you always put your members first and you have certainly earned our loyalty!

The staff did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the pandemic with detailed emails & especially you tube videos w our favorite & familiar instructors so we could keep in shape at home. The Franco’s & their staff s/b commended on a job well done!
