I appreciate that Franco's has a plethora of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an abundance of group classes, and wonderful amenities. I personally can practice many different dimensions of exercise such as resistance training, yoga, and cardio in virtually one place.

The attention to detail, especially during the pandemic, and how they treat their members with tremendous respect !

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I think the facility does a good job at offering a variety of fitness options for members. I am grateful the J opened 6/15/20, even though the options are limited right now. I returned on Monday even though my fitness of choice, spinning, is not offered at this time, but hopeful it will be sometime this summer. The spin classes are awesome as well as the instructors.

The staff is friendly and I have been impressed with the safety measures in place for prevention of Covid-19 spread. I had my doubts about returning to the gym, but so far I have felt safe while at the J. More so than anywhere else I've been such as certain stores.

I really enjoy the towel service. Although I completely understand why there is no towel service currently for safety reasons, I certainly look forward to when it can resume. Big selling points for me are the multiple pools, indoor track (the most important to me), basketball, and racquetball courts.

Camp is fantastic! Even under the current circumstances it is evident that the staff is going above and beyond to create a fun experience. The same goes for the pool. I was there on Monday. The plan worked well and the staff was excellent! I really appreciate everything that all departments of the J have done to stay connected and provide programming despite the obvious challenges. Thank you!

The Park daycare is a life saver. The staff is top notch and allows me to workout without having to worry about childcare. The kids are always excited to go!

Of course the classes. But, so glad to get back to the gym and see all the friends I made there. The staff at Franco’s are wonderful and helpful.

I have heard of some families planning on joining the J for 2 months over the summer so they can have access to the pool. While I think the membership is great, I would hate to see those people who are only joining for 2 months to take some activities/benefits away from those families who have been members for years and who paid for their memberships even though the J was closed.

Swimming

I like that it is a boutique gym! All cardio machines are always working compared to other gyms, there are a plethora of free weights and accessories to use and just about any machine you can think of. I appreciate the sauna, and access to the group workout rooms.

The environment is great. Everyone is friendly! The facility is clean. It has everything you could want or need in an athletic club. The instructors are amazing and model what physical health should look like!
