The fitness facilities
My experience this week returning to the club to group train was very positive, the cleanliness of the club and safety protocols made my visit great. I was anxious returning to the gym but my trainer (Sabrina) made the experience wonderful and I was at ease the whole hour. I am in the age bracket that is considered high risk and I am also scheduled for surgery for the end of July so you know I do want to stay well. I truly appreciate all the measures that Cornerstone has put into place for our safety and feel confident training with Sabrina will give me the strength I will need for my upcoming surgery (knee replacement).
