wait time is never a problem, and consistency of cut quality has always been good.
Our stylist was fantastic! She took in a challenge with my sons hair after he hasn’t had a cut in over a year. He loves his new style. The stylist got us in right away also.

Online check in (9:30) told me to arrive at 10:12 (45 minutes after I checked in since it said the wait time was 45 mins). I arrived at 10:10. Wait time still said 45 minutes. Didn’t get serviced until 11:30
What’s the point of the online check in, if the wait time isn’t accurate? All of the people who went in person between my online check in and me arriving got serviced before me.
On top of this, my cut was rushed, and I wasn’t satisfied with the results.
I will never be returning again.

Although I had a scheduled appointment, I had to sit for 25 minutes p past the time I was scheduled for there was only one person doing hair and three other people sitting around on their phones. When I walked in only one person engaged me. Just ask if I was registered and then she proceeded to go on her phone although the person who cut my hair did a good job. I was not giving a towel. I was asked if I wanted my hair washed and if I wanted product in it.
