I think you need to improve the online waiting system because it's not always accurate. Originally when I checked-in online it said over 2 hours wait, so I took a chance and went down to the location and there was no-one in the waiting area. The board said a bunch of people were "in-store" but they either came in a left or just never showed up. The staff at the shop were great and took me fairly quickly. The haircut was great and the service was also spot-on.
