I was shocked to be charged 25.00 for trimming an inch off my hair and trim of my bangs. I was in and out in 5 minutes. No products used or hair washed. Then having to give a tip. Wow.

Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and quick. She asked me what I needed and actually Listened. Other places that I use to visit would ask then do what was easy not what I asked for, so I won’t visit them anymore.

My Sport Clips experience always includes the MVP. My last 3 haircuts have been excellent, but my MVP portion has been less than satisfying. They are very inconsistent associate to associate and lack a feeling of care that you're getting anything out of it.

I like the ease and comfort in having a haircut (with amenities like the massage, the hot towel and the comrraderie). Check in is a breeze and you can even do it online! It even gives you an estimate of wait time.

Online check In Was terrible that day. The original time had for a cut at 3:55. Cut did not happen till 4:50. I had work and was late. Time kept moving back. Like the spot, so probably give it another chance but if it happens again then I will be done w sports clips.
