I was greeted with a smile. Got in the chair fast and conversation was good. My wife approved of my cut when I got home so that’s what is important.
The stylist was awesome!!! The massage was incredible. Looking forward to the next hair cut.

made appointment on-line at 11:44 am for a 1:31 pm appointment while in the parking lot ..... went to Shop-rite in the meantime ..... went inside at 1:00 pm to wait for my appointed time and forgot to check in for 10 minutes ..... after checking in and watching the clock asked at 2:00 pm why I still was not being called for my appointed time of 30 minutes ago ..... was then told it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER 20 to 30 minutes before being able to get to me and that they were running a little behind ..... A LITTLE BEHIND, A LITTLE BEHIND ..... that means I am expected to wait an hour more than my appointment and also means I'm going to sit in YOUR WAITING AREA for 90 minutes and hoping then to START my haircut .... was offered an MVP treatment .... basically a hair wash ..... 3 HOURS OF MY TIME is worth more..... WHAT IS THE SENSE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF IT IS NOT TO BE HONORED ..... maybe the algorithm needs to be adjusted ..... I will do everything the my power to tell everyone about my experience and go to the other end of the strip mall to your competitor UNLESS somebody calls me to MAKE THIS RIGHT

It’s good for the teen to under 30 crowd. As a 66 year old the over the top sports stimulation is annoying. Not a deal breaker… but it appears too juvenile for a mature adult.
