My experience was absolutely turned around. I had an issue in the beginning and was asked to do a survey on my experience and I gave a candid review of why I was completely satisfied with my visit. I wrote the review and didn't think about it after that. A few days later I received an email from Rick apologizing for my experience. I was SO not expecting a response at all...but that was not the end. He continued to express his thoughts on how he was happy that I wasn't happy and advised me the refund for the service was issued in form of a check and sitting on his office desk for me to pick up. I was SO SHOCKED to hear this bc I wasn't expecting that, but he wanted to make it right. And I must say he did. He over exceeded my expectations and was very sweet when I came back it to pick it up. I was not asking for a refund but I understand he knows how to run a business fairly and how important customer service is. If more business owners ran their businesses like this, the world would be a better place. I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to my friends and family and truly believe they are determined to provide GREAT customer service and take care of the vehicles they work on. Christian Brothers has serviced my Acura several times. They are wonderful to work with and I feel I am getting the best service possible. Their waiting room is pristine. It is a pleasure to wait on the repair work to be done. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will use them again and again.
