I love that the team explains the process of how they will service your car. They give a clear description of possible timing and potential issues they could run into. They are very friendly - even after being ready early in the morning and staying until their customers are happy. And in a business where they have to deliver a lot of unsettling news, they are good at making sure you know that they will do all they can to get the job done efficiently.
