High quality auto service at very reasonable prices. You are thorough and careful, and always explain any concerns and answer questions patiently and so that I can understand. You do your best to fit my car in your schedule when needs arise. You pay attention to details. You have saved me money by checking on recalls and rebates when you could have ignored it or not told me and I would not have known the difference. I do appreciate your honesty very much and feel you have your customers' best interest in mind. I also remember when I had trouble with a rental car and you took the time to check it and call the rental car agency and explain the problem, and did not charge me. You are always courteous and professional and you know me and all your customers. You have the cleanest and most pleasant office and waiting room - very comfortable and nice.
