I always enjoy taking our vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive. There are so few business, in any realm, that you can count on to be genuine and honest with you. Thankfully, CBA is one of those businesses that is left.

The service adviser was kind, courteous and responsive to our needs and concerns.

Christian Brothers on Chenal Parkway solved a 15 year-old problem with my 1990 F-150. They took the time to listen to how the problem manifests, and Rick actually got in my truck with me and went for a ride so I could show him what is happening. They accurately communicated to the technician, who then solved the problem with my ignition system. I also had them service the differential. Throughout the process of repair, I was kept informed, was given an estimate, and then was promptly picked up when the repairs were complete. I won't be going back to my previous repair shop.

I loved EVERYTHING about Christian Brothers Automotive. Making an appointment was very easy, I did it online. When I pulled up at 7:30AM, the guys inside were very friendly & attentive. I was taken to work immediately & was at my desk by 7:38. I received a call later in the day about a different issue, in which they ordered the part. That afternoon when I picked up my car, they told me to wait to pay until the next day when I came back for my axel repair. It was like the good ole days! The next day I dropped my car off on my way to work & within 3 hours they were picking me back up (they dropped me off at work this day as well). In a day & time when it is so hard to find a good mechanic, I am so glad to say that I have found my automotive repair guys! They are stuck with me for life! They even fixed what I paid them to fix. My car rides beautifully & I get excited every time I drive somewhere.

Excellent service and outstanding customer service.

Christian Brothers goes out of there way to do what ever it takes to get a person taken care of. Sometimes it can not be done but it doesn't stop them from trying. They are always friendly and have a very clean and comfortable waiting room. Couldn't ask for better people, from staff to workers. I have nothing bad to say about these people. Very pleased with them. They also don't try to fix something that doesn't need fixing just to get the money. I believe they are very honest. I was looking for that in a company when I found them. I don't plan on changing auto repair anytime soon.
