Christian Brothers Automotive always comes through with excellent customer service. From the time I walk in the door until the job is complete, it is always an excellent experience. I am pretty sure if there was to ever be an issue, they would go above and beyond to resolve it.

Scott is excellent! Professional, knowledgeable and doesnt make us pay for more work than needed. You arent the cheapest (would be good if you offered some loyalty discounts or point system to ease the financial burden but the work is always well done. Only other suggestion is to offer loaner cars. The lift home is fine but when car is in for multiple days we still need wheels to get to work etc. Even an agreement with a rental company at a reduced rate?

The last time I asked about transmission fluid change along with engine fluid change, they said they would do that also. I seem to see a change in my truck performance. I am very happy and tell everyone I get a chance too!!

I appreciate their prompt and courteous response to our needs regarding repairs to our car's a/c. In fact they repaired it a little earlier than they expected!

Though the shop was crowded at the end of the day, they did a quick diagnostic of the electrical issue in the following morning and I was able to pick it that next day.

They were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

I chose to wait on my oil change and in the short amount of time I was there, I could tell that the staff members enjoy their jobs.
