The people working there are very courteous and very helpful. They came and picked up my car and wanted to pick me up to come and get it but I had a friend drive me over and love you. No they were prompt. They were polite they told me ahead of time what they were going to do and how much the particular item was going to cost and I would highly recommend Christian Brothers and Friendswood those. They are very nice people over at the creek Christian Brothers automotive.

If feel like I am listened too. I don't feel taken advantage of. I believe them to be honest about what is needed and they don't give me a laundry list of things wrong. Appreciate that they cover all the little things...I ask did you check this, can you check that..their answer: we've taken care of that. They give me a price and they don't add to it at the last minute. They are kind and thoughtful and friendly... I can't say enough!

I gave this place a try about two, 3 years ago for an oil change when cv19 was happening and because I live very close by they were kind enough to come to the house to pick up the car and give it an oil change and bring it right back that alone was a blessing.
Moving forward 2023 I need a price for both of my vehicles I gave them a try again the same excellent service. What really really impressed me was not only do you hear what they are telling you is wrong with your vehicle they sent you a link on your phone and you see pictures of what they are explaining to you of what your problem is you even pay online and again they returned by vehicle to my driveway. My service advisor was Scott however every single one of them there are a kind and respectful and I truly trust every single one of them. Their prices are extremely fair as well they make it very difficult for you to want to even consider another place I won’t go anywhere else now I will stick with this company thank you

Professionalism to the point of actually caring. It's one thing to be professional but another to actually talk to the customer instead of at the person. Your going through a bad moment on top of dealing with life it's good to feel like I'm not treated like another transaction.
