I had an appointment for 2pm made two days before and when I went in the man at the counter said he could do the state inspection but it would be much later before he could get the fan belt put on. I was not happy with that answer since I had already made the appointment and it was all on the ticket to get this done. Then after I explained this to him he changed his mind and said it would be done as promised. Aside from that all the work was done very quickly and professionally, thanks very much. If I had not had the appointment in advance this would not have bothered me but it did irritate me somewhat.đź‘Ś

Thoroughly examined the car to determine the correct diagnosis. I had a wheelchair to fool with so they delivered the car to my home the next day.
Difficult issue for them to troubles but they stayed with it and got it fixed. Responded to all my text in. Timely manner. Very satisfied as usual.

Everyone was really friendly. The shuttle was great, I can’t remember the young guys name but he was really excited about his work and at first I was thinking, “how can you be excited about driving a shuttle” and he explained how CB is helping him follow his dream of becoming a mechanic and the passion he had was lowkey inspirational
