The overall experience with Christian Brothers was positive. It seemed to me that everyone who works here really loves their jobs. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. The atmosphere was positive and upbeat. I felt very welcome and there was never any pressure to get my car repaired at anytime. The entire process was explained and all of my questions and concerns were addressed as they came up. I also appreciated the shuttle service while my vehicle was being worked on. That really meant a lot and I am very grateful. I really appreciated that the time provided by Christian Brothers, that my vehicle would be ready was honored. This really means a lot to someone who depends on their vehicle 100% for work related purposes. The work done was a little pricey, but if I had taken my vehicle to the actual dealer, I would have paid the same amount or maybe even more for the repair. So I am satisfied overall with the level of service, and also how well the lines of communication remained open when unforseen issues arose as well during the repair process. Being a female can sometimes be a challenge when dealing with cars, but I felt that I was treated with the same level of respect and understanding as someone who had lots of experience with cars. Thank you. I also wanna thank and acknowledge Josh who was very helpful and kind during the entire process.

I dropped my car off after hours and they contacted me first thing in the morning. They stayed in touch with me through the entire process. I brought my vehicle in for brake problems but they found other issues and let me know about them. They took pictures of every issue and there was zero pressure to get it fixed. They were just honest and letting me know of future issues I could have. They fixed my brake 100%. Everyone at Friendswood Christian Brother is very knowledgeable and very professional. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Honest communication and very friendly counter staff. Only issue and was not too troublesome was I received a text at 6:00pm on Friday evening that my truck was complete. Well, they close at 6:00pm. I found it odd that I would receive a text the same time they closed, meaning my truck was there all weekend.
