The first time I took a car of ours to CBA Friendswood was in 2014: it was an HVAC repair, and the HVAC system is still running fine after 9 years.
Todd is a great manager, and he appears to attract and keep quality mechanics.
Shae provided excellent service and was very cordial in person and on the phone. Everyone on staff was very friendly and even the shuttle driver Collin was very nice. I had them do a brake job on my son’s Charger Scat Pack and was a little nervous at first, but so far, so good.

The service was excellent. They didn’t charge me for my valve cover gasket that had been fixed previously and was under warranty. I decided to get my brakes changed out and an oil change while my car was in the shop. Their shuttle service was busy when my car was completed, so they called me an Uber to pick me up and bring me to the shop to pick up my car. It was very much appreciated. 10/10

We liked the ability to schedule an appointment and the level of communication. I liked that I was able to communicate via text and how organized everything was. The staff were extremely professional and caring. The shuttle is a huge help and so appreciated more than you know. I feel like my vehicle was handled with care and as of now my vehicle is running much better.
