Sincerity and Professionalism
Christian Brothers at the Racetrack location was very thorough in their explanation about the issue and how to remedy the problem. Justin was the tech assigned to diagnose the issue. We drove my vehicle up to a point where Justin could hear my complaints. He was straight forward when he explained and offered additional assistance! Shout out as well to Keith - both of them are definitely assets to the company!

When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with said that they had just installed a new printer for the alignment machine and that I would get a before and after printout. I didn't get any printout. Also, they were supposed to check out a "growling" sound coming from the vehicle which they didn't. I was supprised because i was on the phone with the guy for a good 10 minutes.
This place has done work for me in the past and while not the cheapest, they've always done quality work which is what i gave the high rating. The only reason I even wrote this was because I kept getting emails for feedback.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Christian Brothers. The staff are so genuine and honest. I feel so comfortable going there; it has that family feel throughout. Prices are great and they do quality work

The up front folks were very helpful. I only have one concern and that is as follows. Your technician replaced a part of the AC. It was located under the right side dash some kind of motor to control something with the AC. Unfortunately the new part makes the same noise as the old part although not as bad.
