I had a sensor that went out in my exhaust system and it took a couple of weeks to find out what was going on with my car but the guys at CBA were diligent and determine to make sure they fixed it right. I couldn't have asked for better service.
The customer service was superb. .Justin went out of his way week after week for 5 weeks to make sure that I was taken care of and my driver Daniel was great and kind. Keith made sure that I was billed appropriately.

On a family trip, over 1000 miles from home, our transmission went out. Christian Brothers automotive had installed the transmission the previous year. Both Christian Brothers locations work together to find the best solution for having it repaired under warranty. Christian Brothers automotive even covered for our rental car so we could return home while our vehicle was repaired. What really impressed me, was the employee that reached out to me after hours to let me know they had received my message and were working on a solution for me. That was a huge encouragement to me as I felt stranded so far from home.

Great customer service!

Christian brothers ordered the part I needed and had it shipped FAST when they said my truck would be ready the next day I assumed somewhere between 3 and 5 PM I got a text at 9:45am saying my truck was done and ready for pick up. My favorite part is when they do an inspection they take photos and show you so you know you're not being scammed.
