It was great from beginning to end. On check-in... they were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely.
They even gave me a courtesy shuttle home.
Diagnostic was handled promptly, and the text communication of each step was great. They also gave a call or two to explain proposed work and why.

Work was done same day and they offered another shuttle back to the shop. Overall great experience.
