Christian Bros. is a one-of-a-kind auto repair shop from its detailed listing and cost estimate of the needed repairs that it sends by email (with pictures) to its willingness to back its work with a 36-month or 36,000 mile (whichever comes last) warranty! Easily the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with in 50 years of driving! Highly recommended!
The communication is great. I feel like the staff is very straightforward and they handle things efficiently. You always know what’s going on.
My only negative to my last visit was that they were unable to reset the maintenance service due reminder on my dash. And I’m not sure how I’m going to get that reset. So that is an inconvenience unfortunately.
Completed on time, Shane kept us inftormed and was very pleasant.
