CBA can get autos fixed quickly on short notice. The shuttle service is valuable for me. I enjoyed meeting the new shuttle driver. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Even though they made a mistake and did not put in the oil I brought with me, they also did not charge me for their oil, which I thought was very good of them. They wholeheartedly admitted their mistake, which I think is rare nowadays.

First of all I get an educator's discount which is great for the family. Secondly, I don't feel like they ever charge us for things that don't need to be done. I also feel like they run their store like it's an auto shop that existed 50 years ago. They'll give you honest feedback, help you if your in a pickle, and just talk through things like normal people. That's rare in any aspect of our society these days, especially the service industries.
