Friendly service is great but I appreciate the honesty, quality work, and integrity. Honesty when I bring in my vehicle and they tell me there is nothing wrong instead of inventing a problem to fix. Quality work because they actually find the root cause and fix the problem. Integrity because on the few occasions the problem comes back, they work on it again without making a big deal out of it. I do like all the other little things like drop off and pick-up service, the coffee in the lobby, comfortable seating, they know my name, etc...
