The customer service is exceptional. I am big on customer service and you all take the time to explain what needs to be done with my vehicle, you are not pushy and allow me to make the decision as to what I am going to have done, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing while I'm waiting, I like the Christian atmosphere and the follow up phone calls are a part of the great customer service as well.

I was pleased with how in-depth Dave explained the TSB so that I could take my vehicle to the dealership and feel comfortable and confident in explaining to them my issues. I found Ted to be delightful and enjoyed talking to him during the drive to and from the location. I also appreciated Ted's follow-up call.

My car was pulled up right outside the door, like valet service. Nice touch!

They kept me informed at all times and apprised of the work/parts needed, labor and total cost. They also kept me up to date with issues they found and what it would take to correct it. Very professional, reasonably priced and really liked the courtesy service of taking me home and picking me up when it took longer than expected to get my car repairs. Very professional and courteous staff and comfortable waiting area. Also loved Tank!

I was not asked to rate give them a good rating. They were excellent. I told them I was in a hurry and had to go to SAMs club during the time my car was in the shop. They called me and let me know my car was done. The guy at the front desk, ( he was exceptionally nice) saw me walking back from Sams Club and opened my car door to load my groceries that I was carrying. They asked me beforehand if I wanted a full Check up and I said No. They didn't try to push me or put pressure on me to buy anything. Jiffy lube does this and it's annoying, so I don't go there anymore. I'm glad that you guys are a Christian business. So I'm very happy to support you for that reason.
