When my husband was in the hospital your personnel took a look at my tires when I had a note from the car that my tire was low. They fixed it right away with no charge and I was able to feel comfortable driving the car. My husband usually takes care of these small things. I really appreciate the help when I needed it most.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Ted and the work he does. As always, I received the follow-up phone call from him today after the work done on my vehicle last Friday. I just got done listening to the voicemail and am sorry that I missed the opportunity to speak with him. The sincerity and kindness of his message was nothing short of exceptional. None of this is really a surprise as we know Ted's character, but very much appreciated and service like none-other that I have experienced.
I also want to thank you for your leadership and vision in creating such a role and employing such a man to fulfill it, and more. I'm thankful to be doing business with such wonderful people I can trust.
The guys helped figured out what the problem was by googling some of the issues. Then once they had an idea of what could be wrong the checked the car and sure enough they were right. The parts were back ordered so it was going to take a couple of weeks to get in, and they gave me regular updates on the status of when the parts would arrive. Also the price was better than all of the other places I had quote me.
Christian Bros has always been so helpful and respectful of my budget limitations and so gracious to keep my costs down while still repairing what needs repairing.

Everybody is so polite, my families problem is are cars are newer and need little attention other than the routine inspection and oil changes. We understand that you cant compete with the oil change stations pricing.

How wonderful it was that I didn't have to worry about getting back to work and then back to my car since I scheduled my appointment on my lunch break. They were so great about working me in that very day, I was so pleased. Thank you
I was not asked to rate give them a good rating. They were excellent. I told them I was in a hurry and had to go to SAMs club during the time my car was in the shop. They called me and let me know my car was done. The guy at the front desk, ( he was exceptionally nice) saw me walking back from Sams Club and opened my car door to load my groceries that I was carrying. They asked me beforehand if I wanted a full Check up and I said No. They didn't try to push me or put pressure on me to buy anything. Jiffy lube does this and it's annoying, so I don't go there anymore. I'm glad that you guys are a Christian business. So I'm very happy to support you for that reason.
