Great atmosphere in the very nice waiting area. Staff was efficient and polite and eager to please. They all spoke well. Nice experience especially when compared with other automotive repair shops.
CBA as far as I am concerned is a very efficient automotive center to have work completed on my vehicle. What I appreciate is when I bring my vehicle in for a repair, they give the entire vehicle a safety inspection. If they find something that needs attention, they do not verbally tell me what is wrong but take pictures, document and then verbally explain what needs to be repaired. No pressure for the repair, just basic facts and pictures. They are very straight forward and I believe very honest, as a picture states a 1000 words.
I can make an appointment, and when I arrive I am greeted warmly. Everyone I encounter is super nice and professional. I trust them to do a great job on my car and they always do!!

When I needed tires, battery etc., they always ask if I have a warranty or AAA to see if I’m covered somewhere else instead just saying it needs fixed and then fix it. Neither time would have even thought I had warranty or was covered by anyone. Also I love how comfortable they make you while you wait. Also they have vehicle available to take you home if necessary.
The whole team is fantastic from beginning to end. The knowledge that Cameron was able to articulate about the pre purchase inspection gave me great peace of mind and confidence to make a good decision about buying my car.
We liked how everything was taken care of. It was only a state inspection though. But still, it was a wonderful customer service and experience while waiting for everything to be done.

Extremely pleased with my recent visit. Eric was helpful from the minute I called regarding a quote for new brakes which he texted me within hours (much less than another shop). They were able to order parts and complete the job the same day and even gave me a ride home with their shuttle service.
They texted and called me throughout the day with updates. I also like that they do a test run after repairs. I was able to get a ride for pick up but they offered to drop it off if I couldn't. Will be coming to Christain Brothers from now on!
