I appreciate the honest and thorough work Christian Brothers offers. I thought the price of the part was a little steep. With a quick Google search, I found the part for 1/2 the price. I do expect a markup, but a 50% markup seemed a little steep.
I will not allow that to deter me from using them. I have been to an abundance of repair shops. Since I found Christian Brothers, I have been happy with the friendly service I received time and time again.

I would like share with everyone the people in the office make a point to come and greet me talk about the needs of my vehicle, than we have small talk and most of all thank me for my business . When i am snacking on a candy bar waiting for the shuttle service to give me a ride home so I don't have to wait in the waiting area which is very comfortable I like to observe the mechanics .they never seemed rushed they meticulously do there work correctly. The level they went to accommodate you in getting to your appointment and storing your vehicle overnight to accommodate your schedule. They went out of their way to explain the results and recommendations for your vehicle maintenance beyond the well it needs it explaination.
Communication was good during the repair process, all agreed to work was completed and vehicle is running good now.

I went to the FM 529 location for an oil change. During the extensive check-up on my car they had a list of valuable information and suggestions. They were not pushy like other places. Pleasant to do business with which helped me make my decision to be a return customer in the near future to have some of the suggested issues completed.
