Friendly and fair. Called for a second opinion quote and Pat was amazing, funny, very knowledgeable, and answered all my silly questions. Christian Brothers was able to beat the dealership quote by A LOT and was able to repair my car quickly! Alice was great, Pat was great and I loved that you all had a shuttle and great drivers who were able to take me home and to the light rail while my car was getting fixed! Noticed a repair I didn’t know I needed when I came in for a serpentine belt replacement,, WHAT I DONT LIKE.. is the mechanics test driving ability. Went in for a repair a few months ago on my engine being rebuilt and they left the exhaust brackets loose so the car was VERY loud. How they didn’t hear it blows my mind.
