The customer service is exceptional, the quotes are reasonable, and the repairs are well done.
Staff were attentive, explained the repairs, worked out solutions to work within my budget. One of the repairs was misdiagnosed they worked to remedy keeping within the estimate. They also searched the warranty and saved me money for the largest repairs. I was offered a rental car should the repairs take longer. My hat is off to Paul Taylor and Trevor for their diligence in a very stressful situation.

The best part of the customer service was the shuttle rides offered back and forth to work. This is a key advantage over other shops who do not offer rides for customers. The online approval of service requests for my vehicle was also very efficient. My only concern was that I initially scheduled my appointment the week before, and I called to reschedule for the next week, but when I arrived I was told that my appointment was not actually rescheduled in their system. However, they still fit me in and completed my vehicle service the same day anyway, which I appreciated.
