I love the teachers, the variety of classes in a day starting early and almost hourly. I love the heat and am appreciative that they have studios all over the country. I also love the on line classes- they saved me through the pandemic and when I am traveling (anywhere in the world) I always have options.

Awesome teachers, great workout, lots of class options. Bria and Libby are the best! Also, after several months of yoga and better diet, was able to stop taking my blood pressure medication.

The space was big and clean. I also appreciate the designated parking spaces. My instructor, Christian, was very welcoming and provided easy-to-follow instructions for beginners.
