They are my lifeline to a healthy lifestyle. Their sessions are intense, focused and dynamic. The minute you walk through the door, they create an atmosphere of positive & caring energy. An energy that fills the room, helping you exceed your own expectations and take the practice to a new level of personal fulfillment, leaving you with a "glow" of recharged energy, to face the day with the attitude that life is about possibilities NOT limitations!

The instructor did a great job! Entry points for all levels. She had great music at a good volume so that I could hear her the entire time. Class started and ended on time.

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

I love the flexibility of a CorePower membership and the quality of the instructors. I have a lot of injuries and know how to modify my practice to suit my needs. I always inform the instructors prior to class about my limitations and am greeted with kindness and compassion. I use my class time as part of my physical therapy and love that I can always find a class to fit in with my busy schedule.
