She brings so much joy, positivity, and fun in her teachings and she’s the most genuine, sincere, and kind person when you’re one on one with her, I always walk away feeling better-er😄 and happier!! She’s also very personable and supportive with great clarity which make it easy to have a conversation — she’s just an all around sweetheart who goes above & beyond🙌🙌 I adore her.

The classes and teachers are great but when the Sculpt classes max out, everyone is packed in and it gets tense with people looking for spots and space before class begins. If they would reduce those classes by 5-10 people, everyone would have more space and be able to move.

All studios should have plastic bags for sweaty stuff and definitely need a fan in the men's locker room as it's hard to stop sweating, even after a shower.
I like the Sherman Oaks studio. It’s friendly and clean and the instructors are professional.
Friendly yogi, excellent instruction, nice facility. It was (accidentally) my first hot yoga class , but I survived!
I love going to CorePower Sherman Oaks! Everyone is friendly, the instructors are great, and the studio is clean. Always a wonderful experience.
