The instructor was amazing! Thank you for having him lead the class.

Even though I come from crossfit , this workout was something different I needed. Constant weight lifting, core yoga was exactly what I needed to balance out my change of workout. It helped my muscles aches/soreness so much and the heated room and sweat helped my skin so much.

Lupita was awesome! I took her yoga sculpt class and I felt great. We also chatted after class. She talked about the different classes they offer. Totally going to sign up!

Always love coming to this studio. Took Dominic’s C2 class and it was one of the best yoga experiences ever - Great music, the pace was amazing, and just good energy all around.

I am a huge fan and supporter of Core Power. I mostly value the quality people that are often instructors at Sherman Oaks and Studio City. It means a lot that many of them strive to remember who I am, connect, and who love what they are doing. Those instructors who are well qualified and/or trained and chosen really make all the difference in the world. :)
