The instructor Jessie. She is a dying breed of Hot Yoga teachers, as practitioners come from all around the cities to specifically go to her class. I attempt to make it every time I possibly can because of how she heats the room. In the beauty of the heated room and how Jessie conducts her class, I've always gone to my mat lost in some way but every time I find myself by the end

Lots of classes and time options. The studio is beautiful and so clean. Just wish there were more classes without heat, don't like doing yoga dripping wet 😏
It's very convenient for me as I work in the same business park. It's also clean and there are a lot of classes. I love the inspiration focused prior to each class.
