I visited the Henderson studio while in Dallas from out of town. I attended the C3 class on Saturday morning. The instructor offered a challenging class with modifications and ways to join the practice. She worked towards chin stand. The class built to the master pose. When we reached the final pose, I felt I could attempt portions of the pose while making it ok to be at the level I was at. I was welcomed into the space and helped navigate the studio. I would attend classes on future trips.
One of my fave instructors for YS. Highly recommend and will go out of my way to make this class!

Classes could be WAY hotter! Especially the C2 flow I feel like it could go about 10 degrees warmer. Love the classes so so much!

Sue is an amazing instructor and I wish there were more like her and Keegan who really know and understand how to properly teach a 90 min sequence.
I love Westwood but cleanliness of carpets is chronically lacking and not staying stocked with toilet paper and studio wipes, it makes me like Brentwood better. By the time I step onto my mat, my feet are dirty in Westwood, making wipes a must.
CorePowe Louisville is my home studio and for me it more than an exercise studio, it's a community. It is a community that has offered support when I've been in need and instructors and students alike who have cheered me on during my recovery. They. Showed. Up. I will never forget the love encouragement and support I receive from the studio during one of the most difficult times of my life. And the yoga itself has been instrumental in both my physical and mental recovery.
I also love that there is a such a wide variety of instructors and classes. You can attend very traditional namaste with bells or a class laden with appropriately placed expletives, hysterical and relatable anecdotes. As my father used to say, " There's a lid for every pot!".
Lauren, the studio manager is exceptional. She truly cares and it shows in the vibe and fabric of the community at Louisville Core Power. I honestly don't know what I would do without it!
