I have loved coming here for years (various locations in different states) but since moving here I love this location and have been really enjoying Karina's C2 class! She is great at giving direction and her instruction flows really well and she switches it up so it's not the same every time!
The class selection is extensive, offering great flexibility in hours. As a newcomer to Yoga, this has allowed me to explore various aspects and find the right fit particularly in Core 2, Core Power Fusion and Core Restore classes.
The teachers are generally well-trained and I highly recommend Sophia! From day one, she has shown exceptional patience, support, and professionalism. She is truly one of CorePower's best assets. I will continue to encourage more friends to join this journey towards well-being.

The teachers are so wonderful across the board from C2 to yoga sculpt. Neha, Ali, Niki, Alex and Gabrielle are some of the best to name a few. There are some new sculpt teachers that I think need a little more time to get their bearings.

I highly recommend Tobi and Christine as a yoga instructors. Their knowledge and expertise in yoga is exceptional, and their teaching style is both engaging and inspiring. They create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of their experience level. The classes are well-structured, incorporating a variety of poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. They also pay attention to individual needs and provide modifications or adjustments when necessary. Overall, their classes are not only physically challenging but also mentally and emotionally rejuvenating. If you are looking for a great yoga instructor, Tobi and Christine are definitely worth checking out!
