I love the heated element of the classes. Different instructors bring their knowledge and expertise to the classes. Need to find the instructor/class that you prefer. Would recommend to a friend. Finished my free week and considering getting the unlimited month!

Lea is a fabulous Instructor. Kind, precise and also challenges us with new poses nearly each session! One of the more challenging C2 classes to be sure! Love it🥰🥰🥰
The instructors are great! I like the music and the variety of classes. Sculpt is my favorite. This is my main form of exercise, strengthen and toning, my outlet and way of centering.

The HPF with Nosa was a very positive experience. The studio is very bright and welcoming.
Plenty of room in the studio. Good vibe. Cool instructor. Easy to park. On time. Challenging class but felt good. The having plenty of room part is the deal sealer.

I love it here. The yoga rooms have a great temperature to humidity ratio. Great sweat without feeling like you are burning up. Excellent instructors.
