Great instructors love my Tuesdays and Fridays!
This is my favorite CorePower studio. I’ve been to at least six different studios, and this one has a great amount of space in the classroom and the best heat!! Manhattan Beach is very good heat, but the room is kind of small.
The teacher was very good. The classroom was wonderful because it was huge and there was a lot of space. I would have liked it a little bit hotter, but I really, really like it very, very common

The Woodbury studio is my favorite location. The manager (Grace) and instructors are very kind and welcoming. They are terrific about working with students of all levels Grace especially does a great job at getting us properly set in our poses then offering options for those who want to intensify their practice.
I was distressed to learn that Grace has been asked to step down from her position as manager. I don’t know what prompted this change, but want to share that I have seen Grace several times a week since she started at the Woodbury location, and she has always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. Once when there was trouble with the temperature in a yoga sculpt studio (pre-class, it was 115 and climbing), she put the health and safety of the students first and cancelled the class. She did so very apologetically, and did her best by offering an alternative class for those who wanted to take one.
It is our loss that Grace will not longer be at the Woodbury location. I will miss her bright smile, lovely personality, and excellent teaching skills.

Environment is super inclusive. I felt very welcomed since the first class I had. Classes are fun and enjoyable. I opted in to start attending these classes because I had injured my back and I feel as if coming here has truly help me ease my recovery.
I loved how I was welcomed immediately! The vibes are so good! Even as an experienced person, I was learning new things at this studio.
Excellent staff & facilities! Bella teaches a great class with excellent pacing! So good to have Jess back, teaches a great class with amazing energy & music!
I was visiting from out of town and the class was exceptional! Everything I would want from a level 2 class! Hania was amazing
Please bring back the 9AM M-F classes. I work FT. This is the only time I can do sculpt. Expect these classes!
The Tustin Studio is the best. Everyone is really nice and the workouts are great.

Sahar J - please switch up the routine more often and have a focus on all body movements not just heavy on arms. Too much focus on arms it’s over exhausting rather than true sculpting.
Ryan W - routines are not as “sculpt” based but more CP 1/2. Please enhance the movements to be more sculpt workouts and intensity in comparison to the rest of the instructors. Please add more upbeat music for sculpt - not instrumental calm.
Molly M, Sandy L - fantastic. They change their routines often and their music is top notch. Movements and overall workouts are the best.
The parking deck is atrocious and the validation ticket didn't work for me, but the class was fantastic.
The instructors are awesome! They promote a sense of community. I totally enjoy practicing at the Aurora studio.
