Rob C is an engaging and energetic Yoga Sculpt teacher! I feel like I can keep up and it’s a non-judgment zone where I can modify my exercises as needed.
I like that they brought back hands on assists. I feel like teachers still do not feel comfortable doing hands on assists - I hope more training will help so both inexperienced (to help decrease potential injury with teaching proper alignment) and experienced (to reinforce proper alignment and to help them go deeper into poses) yogis can benefit.
Instructors are always kind and consistent!
I like how there are a variety of classes to choose from each day as well as different intensity levels. I also feel extremely comfortable in class and not judged for struggling with a pose or sequence. It’s a great workout for both body and mind and I’m looking forward to continuing to attend classes!

I love it here the teachers are kind and sweet and supportive they have diverse experiences and a variety of teaching styles which makes doing the same routine over and over more fun for example HPF is a set sequence but each teacher gives it a different feel and I like that otherwise routines get redundant. I love the unique set ups like nana restores with the sound healing it’s been such a healing experience got me and im so grateful for the team they make me feel like im at home and hanging out with friends, I appreciate that they take time to make connections before and after and build relationships, and are so genuine I especially love and appreciate George, healing vibes nana, eloquent and resilient Adam, the leadership in Racquel, and the very beautiful sweetheart Sasha. I honestly sometimes don’t even go for the yoga although I love it and have for twenty years, I find myself going up meet and hang out with these beautiful individuals who bring life to the practice and connect the practice to life.
I love going to the Glover Park studio location! It always has such good energy from the community and instructors.
Absolutely love studio and teachers, just wish you all had the immediate feedback feature on app that allowed us to give feedback on specific classes.

It was my first time at CorePower with my friends and we had a blast. Such a calming workout that will definitely still break a sweat. The staff was so so nice and I can’t recommend it enough!
Wow I was intimidated to do this class, it was hard but so good and so fun! Music and instructor were amazing! I definitely will be back and will bring a friend as well. I am very sore after this class and have definitely worked muscle groups I haven’t before. Thank you!
My favorite cp studio! The instructors (Francesca, Carla, Andrea, George…) are terrific, friendly and welcoming. The studio is super clean and the heat always works!!
