We are a 47-year multi-location home improvement company and a more than 15-year user of MarketSharp applications and marketing services. Recently, because of rapid growth and the need to move to a cloud-based database solution, we studied all viable current database solutions written for (or even adaptable to) our remodelling industry, and found that without question MarketSharp's "M" version stands way above all others generally, and particularly with regards to cloud basing. Likewise, we validated our existing belief that they have zero competitors in terms of: their installed customer base (thousands); the quality, stability and maturity of their products; their delivery of service and support; and their longevity in the market. Truly, no one else even comes close. Thus we are committed to moving our 15 separate existing in-house MS Access databases (each with 5 separate linked back-end databases) to MarketSharpM in the near term. Our research to support this choice was done by our current database administrator, who is one of a relatively small number of database application developers with more than 20 years experience in actually developing and delivering database applications to our industry. I like the calendar and the ease of scheduling. I like that updates happen regularly, but I do not like the new home page. The former was easier to read. I also do not like how hard it is to change the forms.

We manage more than 800 customers a month through Market sharp and have never had an issue with accessing our database. We can look at a customer from 7 years ago without having to wait. It is cloud based so I can look at a job from anywhere I am. Market sharp staff is always helpful and has even helped us create reports that are unique to our organization.
