It's an easy system to learn how to use, and when you set up a routine to input the information that you want to track, it will give you all the information that you want to help you run your business. We have a rather small home improvement company, and the biggest mistake I made early on was trying to track too much information, and got bogged down with too much data entry, and found that I didn't use all of the information anyway. However, it's nice to know that if I find I want more reports in additional areas, the system is set up to handle the data, and all I have to do is start imputing the additional information that we want to track.
Unlike other systems that I have looked at, it sets up one data base for a client, and easily tracks all communications and repeat business in the same customer record. We have been in this business for a long time, and have done a lot of repeat business with our clients, and it's a huge benefit to have all of the different job information, sales appointment and other information in one customer fle to review as we work with them.
Marketsharp support is truly very supportive. Reports are for anything and everything in the business and the numbers don't lie.

The user friendly interface is the best.
We have access to complete records on our customers - everything from the initial contact to locating documents on past projects that we have scanned and attached to our records. We also rely on the data for sales and marketing analysis.
