I would suggest, however, more space for any given customer's record's NOTES section.
It would also be helpful if the first and last name sections allowed for today's customs (specifically, two people on contract but diff last names; in order to make the names show correctly on any correspondence printed out, for first name we enter "John & Mary" and for last name, Jones / Smith to reflect John Jones and Mary Smith.
Also, the process for actually booking an appt while on the phone with a customer is a bit lumpy. It makes you jump around. It is actually faster for me to write info by hand and enter after call is over....but that's just me...

Before we subscribed to Market Sharp, we used a combination of 3 x 5 cards, spread sheets, and notes. It's nice to have everything together for each customer and lead.
It's also very handy to click on the customer's address and get a google map of their location.
I love how user friendly MS is and how I get a hold of someone as soon as I call 90% of the time
