I'm new but service has been all that I've heard it was.
We are very happy with Marketsharp, however the update done to the dashboard is not user friendly. A dashboard is supposed to be a snap shot and to have all the numbers scrunched together as well as having to scroll down in each category to get all the info is not conducive to a snap shot. Also you can not print it and get all the information. Even if you scroll down in each category it will only print the original information displayed and not the information that was scrolled down and displaying on the screen. Please put it back to the old dashboard, we loved it and used it daily!

The product is much needed in any growing remodeling business. Our company is in growth mode and we are in just starting to review and put together a marketing strategy for the coming years. We may still be interested in your company but will make those decisions once we have a final marketing plan in place to insure we implement any program we purchase to its full potential. We are just not ready yet to make that commitment

As long as you enter the information correctly it populated all across the board. It's intuitive. The things I didn't understand were easily obtained by all the help available. As I continue to use it and learn more... I'm loving it more & more.

Isaiah was your rep that gave Distinctive Home Improvements your presentation. He did a great job at presenting your program. We are very impressed with the marketing options you have (direct mailers, emails etc) which are additional costs and a lot of time if we do on our own. This is the CRM we would like to have.
