Hello, I like everything from the music, the format and especially the coaches that are willing to help you become the best you.
I love our coaches, they're gentle and supportive and help me improve positions, and alternative ways of going through the exercises.
I like the strengthening classes, esp. since they're also during weekends and evenings. Due to my work, I'm not able to go during the day.
It would be great to have 3g options during the weekend, now I see sometimes I'm #5 or 7 on a waitlist and just don't even sign up and make other plans. I understand that a lot is going on with 3g but I would love the option.
The warm-up exercises are great, I'm trying to do these exercises at home too - to keep up flexibility. I've noticed a bit of loss of strength and am very stiff - partially due to a sitting job (no matter how much I try to move around!) and some meds.

Good workout and nice facility
Its one that is truly based on what you put into it first off but I like the structure of it and that right now it allows me to not focus on food as much and that allows me to feel like I'm managing my diet a lot better.

After over 3 years at OTF their workouts still vary enough that I still look forward to my classes and I'm not evrn remotely bored or looking for something more.
I also appreciate the benchmark and signature workouts that I'm able to track in the app and I can see how far I've come and the progress I've made even if it doesn't show on the scale.
This workout is the best 1 hour of my day! I get a professionally developed workout with coaches that are all in on getting me fit!

The variety and the atmosphere
Orange Theory Fitness is so addicting. I love that everything is planned out for me; however, I can customize the workout by selecting my weights and speed on the treadmill. Benchmarks and specialty workouts motivate me each month. High energy playlists and quality treadmills have awakened a love for running. An orange theory workout is the highlight of my day!
It has been 3 years since I’ve gone to OT. I changed jobs and moved across the state and I am so happy to be back! I know these workouts are hard but you feel so good when you are done. The time is always right to get stronger.

Group workout with ability to be personalized.
I like that the workouts are science based and the heart rate tracker allows me to see my intensities throughout the workout. I also like that the templates are always different - the variety keeps the workouts interesting. The coaches are always nice and also motivating.
