Diversity, fun music, energetic trainers. That I don’t have to think of what to do
I like the little milestones (maintaining my goal to get my splat points, seeing my base pace slowly increase). While on the outside it may not show that I’ve “lost weight”, these small milestones definitely show that I’m getting stronger.
It’s a hard workout and more than I’d ever do on my own. The instructors are all super knowledgeable and helpful.
I like that the circuits are short! The coach was also very encouraging and motivating. She gave me corrections on my form & helped guide me through exercises I didn’t know.

I love how challenging it is but I have seen amazing results! The music is great to keep you motivated and the coaches are phenomenal!

I like the workout’s very much. The reservation process, not so much. My work schedule does not allow me to make advanced reservations and can only go at the last minute. Most of the classes are filled and either don’t go at all or drive around town to another location. When I am able to go the workout is excellent.
Challenging 60 minute workout that is never the same.
It’s the best full body workout around!

I like *and hate* that you get charged if you don't come bc it definitely makes me come.

I love that I am always challenged by each workout. I love my coaches, Mike, Kailyn, and Kate (and Becca who is now in Texas). I love how they push me to do better and believe in me, even when I am not thinking it myself but eventually prove those thoughts wrongs.
It’s so good to know that everyone is doing his or her best and it is indeed good enough! Your age doesn’t matter! Super coaches!

Love OTF!! I’m so glad to be back and I’m happy to see Cassie and Gabi!! Everyone has been wonderful and I love going early in the morning!! I never get as good of a work alone as I do with OTF!!
