Also shout out to Coach Jonathan who had high energy & great music during class that helped me push myself during the Orange Everest treadmill climb! I will definitely be back to the Mill Creek OTF studio!
OTF is great hard core hour workout get me a good sweat daily - The workout changes and stays fresh ev day and I don’t have to think just show up!
Is very active and different
I like the atmosphere in the orange theory over all. I also love the combination work out ( weight lfting and treadmill exercises). The motivation from the trainers make me not to miss a day.
