It’s a super fun and positive work out environment
I love that orangetheory got me out of the plateau I was in working out at a gym. The coaches motivate me and have helped me so much through this process. All of the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming as well.
The studio is clean and friendly. I typically just come here and there to use up my classes. It’s impossible to get into class, so I don’t come too often and have joined elsewhere 🤷🏼♀️ OTF is always a good cardio workout.

I always leave a workout feeling better. The coaches have their own unique way of motivating the class and encouraging you to make the most of the 60 minutes. I feel stronger and healthier thanks to Orange Theory!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. There's a little bit of friction attending classes there due to how full the wait lists are, but the staff does everything they can to accommodate me :)
Love the workouts! The coaches are always upbeat, the workouts are always different and challenging. I hate boring cardio but the changing workouts keep it interesting and fun. My level of fitness has been regularly increasing and I just feel better after completing each workout.

I’ve tried quite a few gyms since moving to Seattle and Orange Theory Capitol Hill is by far my favorite. This can be attributed to the amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need for a great workout. I also love the competitive nature is the actual workout.

It's not just the intense and fun workout that makes OTF U District so wonderful! The coaches, staff, and even other members know your name and are genuinely interested in who you are as a person, and they share their lives as well. It's a fantastic community of exceptional people who are all trying to help you be the best version of you that you can be, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it.
Workouts are varied, fun, and energizing. I especially like the coaches who monitor the people in the weight and strength part of the class and give them individual coaching on improving form or finding alternatives when needed. Dru is exceptional. Jen and the front staff are wonderful.
I like that I don’t have to think about what I need to do on a given day and that your great trainers motivate me to push myself. That said, it’s also great that there are modifications available to those that need them, making the workouts accessible to more people.
