Clients/Member Testimonials
I always enjoy the workouts. I love that they're always different and that I'm challenged in new ways each time I go. I'm still bummed that the 8pm class was eliminated because 7:45 can be challenging due to bedtimes for children so there are weeks where I can't go at all. I realize it's only 15 minutes, but it makes a huge difference in whether I can get out the door or not.
Most of the coaches are fine, though I will say I truly miss Billy. He was seriously the best coach because he watched every member and made sure they were either challenging themselves or showing them how to be safe. And he knew everyone by name! Most of the coaches are pretty handsoff these days. They don't offer corrections and I often see new folks doing crazy dangerous things.
Shawna is probably my least favorite coach. She has low energy and is often looking down rather than coaching.
The motivation, encouragement, and accountability are phenomenal, and the variety is an added bonus!
Varied each day, coaches are engaging and highly personable, I feel challenged no matter what the workout as it is all based on your own pace.
I love the seamless incorporation of an intense, personal trainer-directed workout into a group setting. It encourages me to push myself with peers without feeling singled out. I have stuck with OT way longer and more consistenly than any other gym or other workout system and I plan on making 2020 an even better fitness year.
I like that I am in/out in an hour and that I'm told what to do, when to do it and how to do it. I like the variety of the workouts and that there are different levels of entry.
The coaches are encouraging and helpful and the staff is very friendly. The location is super close to my house, which is great too.
The level of intensity and reliability.
Having an instructor makes a world of difference instead of workout aimlessly without guidance.
I’m pushed at my fitness level. I’m encouraged and all of the trainers are really nice & helpful.
Great variety of workouts. Friendly, knowledgeable coaches
I like the enthusiasm and energy. And I always leave feeling like I worked out my best.
Its guaranteed great work out!
The workouts are fun and I work much harder than if I worked out alone. I like the coaches at Bellevue-they are all great and the SA's are super nice. I like that we have 3 showers so that I can shower after class and I never have to wait long for one to open up if they happen to be all in use when I'm done with class.
They only thing I would like is 18lb weights. It's a big jump from a 15lb to a 20lb!
It is always different, Jill is a very motivating trainer.
It’s always changing and the coaches are great.
Friendly staff, great Coaches, always a solid workout.
Different everyday. All you have to do is show up. Coaches are very good.
I like the the variety in the workouts, I don’t think I have done the same one twice. I also like that the coaches will correct my form.
I love how every workout is different and challenging. Before OT I worked out but would easily get bored and unmotivated after awhile. With OT that does not happen:).
Never boring, well guided. Instructors are well trained and professional. They stick to their expertise in fitness and not counsel people in details about health and nutrition.
This is one hour I do not think about anything but my workout. The music is loud and absorbing - a good thing because it's distracts me from how hard I'm working!!! Orangetheory Fitness is also a place where ANYONE can workout - there is no judgment, no fitness fashion shows, no competition. The staff are so welcoming and encouraging and they offer opportunities for community and friendships with events and fun challenges.

What I like the most about Orange Theory is that each day is different and challenging in their own way. You have different challenges through out the year. It make it fun and builds a good comradery. I will be celebrating two years in April 2020!
It’s fun, always changing, great music, cool coaches, friendly staff.
I love the coaches! And I love the work outs-they are always a challenge, always something different, always fun!
(1) The heart rate displayed on screens helps me track where I am and where I need to be. This way I don't let my mind stop me from pushing myself and at the same time know that I am ok to be pushing hard.
(2) The workouts are unique and varied and with a purpose, it removes the preparation out of my responsibility. I just come in and follow the routine. It is also a nice mixup of cardio, weights and core strengthening routines.
(3) The class setting forces me to adhere to my time and also helps ensure I workout for a good 50min. It also helps to have others working out and you challenge yourself to be on task and share the energy. The music adds to the energy
(4) The instructors are super easy to work with and are always encouraging and pushing us to do our best. The front desk folks are also super friendly and nice, it's a pleasure to come in and be greeted and to form a circle for workout friends
(5) The equipment is really good. I have run on treadmills before and I would get ankle or knee pain, here I have not experienced those issues. I suspect it's the shock absorbing beltway that's helping. Of course and a good pair of shoes. The treads also have cool air blowing which really helps not feel stuffy and stay fresh, I find that particularly helpful. The liquid resistance rowers are also really good. I am glad there are foam rollers for us to use after workout and get those knots out.
In a nutshell, I am someone who hated workouts and never did it regularly, and now I look forward to the workouts, I have been regularly going for over a year now (a huge achievement) and have lost 18lbs to date and gained muscle and shape.
A sincere thank you to OT!
Instructors make it fun and help push you.
Energy - instructors passion and great workout- always feel welcome - great atmosphere
