Intensity and constant moving
I like that it is instructor lead as I don’t have the knowledge to go to a gym and do a proper work out. The coaches are very knowledge and have options if you cannot do a particular move or routine. They give great feedback and encouragement while working out.
OTF (as we call it) has been body transformational for my wife and I. We are both so glad we have joined.
Perfect for my workout needs. Love the variety. Don’t have to go to a competitor and get locked into same routine. Pushes the body to and beyond its limits. Who doesn’t need that? To my mind, O.T. Is a great concept, confirming the many positive articles written regarding overall focus.
Intensity! And the class time options are nicely varied so I can always find one that works with my schedule.
It is a perfect combination of everything I need for the day to support a healthy body, taught by wonderful and motivating instructors.
There is not a better workout that I could be doing. I recommend OT to everyone I meet.
I play tennis and OT has been incredibly helpful to stay injury free by having better muscle structure and endurance.

Best 1 hour workout I’ve ever had! It’s fast, fun, challenging and ever-changing so you can not possibly get bored. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable, personable and supportive. OTF is all inclusive and positive space to work towards any and all fitness goals, at all levels. I’ve been a member for nearly 3 1/2 years and I still look forward to my workout every day. That’s kind of a miracle!
I love the energy and focus I get with the help of the coaches, atmosphere, music and team effort as a whole. I just started less than a month and I'm feeling stronger and happier than ever. Just the beginning too!
One of the best time efficient HIIT workout spots out there. I definitely recommend trying it out if you are looking for a new workout plan.

I love Orangetheory, the way coaches designed the exercises and motivates each individuals in the classes to push more harder to their limits is fantastic.
Orangetheory will definitely make you better than what you were yesterday, if you show consistency in showing up to classes.

High energy, variety of activity
I like how accessible the workout is for participants at varying levels. Every workout is different which keeps it interesting and the coaches are well trained to deliver knowledgeable workouts in a safe environment!
I enjoy how it is broken up in 5-10 minute segments, it allows me to push myself and not get overwhelmed. The coaches are supportive and inspiring. Great, motivating music selection. Variety each day.

I like the intensity and the encouraging atmosphere. The staff and members are very welcoming and encouraging. I could never just go somewhere and jump on a treadmil and perform that well as I do here. So glad I found Orangetheory.
