I like the guided workout so i dont have to think or plan, just follow along, but i am also able to adjust the weights and speeds to fit my levels or needs for that day. I like that I always, consistently get a good, rounded workout with both cardio and weight. I like that the need to schedule holds me accountable to myself to make sure I get the workout in and done. As middle school teacher and a ND and helping take care of my elderly dad, the workout (end of day time slot) helps my brain relax and decompress (8th grade is a LOT). My daughter has been known to tell me I need to "go workout" because my stress is showing. π

Workouts offer variety each day.
I've never been a person who loved going to the gym. I've always preferred to workout outside, in the fresh air, and run. Since I joined OTF I've come to find I would attend class every single day if life would allow it. I've never pushed myself harder, and I've never felt stronger.
I like how the workout is already planned, and I only need to follow the coach.
The environment and the results. Constant positive energy and no comparisons... I feel like I can truly focus on my success, and I'm not comparing myself to others.
